The Lighthouse Children’s Home seeks a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing behavioral plans and providing behavior analysis services to help transform the lives of troubled girls aged 13-17. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis, a passion for behavioral health, and a commitment to positive outcomes.
Conduct behavioral assessments and devise appropriate intervention plans.
Implement, monitor, and adjust behavioral support plans based on individual needs and responses.
Train and support staff and caregivers in effective implementation of behavior plans.
Collect and analyze behavior data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate records and documents related to behavior analysis services.
Stay current with the latest research in behavior analysis and related fields.
Provide crisis intervention as needed.
Strong analytical skills to assess behaviors and modify interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Profound knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
Capability to work with diverse populations sensitively and effectively.
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
