Description
Hope Network, a non-profit leader in Healthcare & Medical Services, is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence. In this role, you will implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under BCBA supervision. You’ll work in an inclusive, compassionate environment that values your expertise and unique contributions, with opportunities for professional growth, ongoing training, and meaningful participation in innovative, community-focused programs.Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions and behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Assist in conducting behavioral assessments by collecting observational data and participating in functional behavior assessments
Collect, graph, and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data to inform data-based treatment decisions
Provide direct support to individuals in clinic, home, school, and community settings to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Coach, train, and support direct care staff, behavior technicians, and families on implementing behavior plans and data collection procedures
Document session notes, progress reports, and other clinical records accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and interdisciplinary team members to adjust treatment plans based on data and observed progress
Use positive, least-restrictive strategies to prevent and respond to challenging behavior while maintaining safety and dignity
Ensure adherence to BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies and procedures
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions to support continuous learning and program quality improvement
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation
Behavior data collection and graphing
Functional behavior assessment support
Behavior intervention plan implementation
Skill acquisition programming (e.g., communication, social, adaptive skills)
Use of ABA teaching procedures (e.g., discrete trial teaching, natural environment teaching, task analysis, prompting and fading, reinforcement strategies)
Data analysis and data-based decision making
Clinical documentation and progress reporting
Staff and caregiver training and coaching
Crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques
Familiarity with BACB ethical guidelines
Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
Interdisciplinary teamwork and communication
Time management and caseload organization
Basic computer skills and use of electronic health record or data collection software

Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Eligible for and able to maintain state licensure or registration for behavior analysis/behavioral health, if applicable
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Crisis prevention and intervention training (e.g., CPI or equivalent) or willingness to complete upon hire
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, if community-based services are provided
